Anyway, if there's something better than ONE fantastic author writing a chick-lit, it is THREE fantastic authors collaborating to create one Christmas-y work.

Finally! After a loooong time, I got the chance to read Angie Stanton's Royally Lost. Why do I want to read it? Well for starters, it has a very promising plot. A European tour with a runaway prince? TOTALLY! Also, I've read so many not-so positive reviews about it and I want to see for myself if all of what they're saying is true.

So now, here's my own review of Royally Lost :) Note that this will probably be looong.

THE ART OF LAINEY: A Review :)

"All's fair in love and war"

(not so spoiler filled! Read on)
TITLE: The Art of Lainey
AUTHOR/s: Paula Stokes
PUBLICATION DATE: 20th of May, 2014
AVAILABLE AT: Amazon | The Book Depository
Just the usual cycle for me: Spot an interesting title - do some research - decide to read or not to read. And that is exactly what happened to me with Paula Stokes's The Art of Lainey.

I became aware of this title as I browse through the new releases and after reading its synopsis, I thought I'd check it out. Unfortunately, one review I've read (which included lots of creepy GIFs) made me think twice. Nevertheless, after some deliberation, I still set my Goodreads' currently reading to this one :)

FALLEN COMPANION SHORT STORIES: A Recap :)

(spoiler free! Read on!)

Hey! So, a few days ago, I learned that Lauren Kate wrote some short stories to accompany the main series, Fallen, which I reviewed by the way. (Find it HERE!) And of course, I just HAD to read them. I believe that they are published on the back of new editions of the series but fortunately, they could be found online *coughscribdcough* :)

Well, there's only one more thing left to do then: A recap! :D

TO ALL THE BOYS I'VE LOVED BEFORE: A Review :)

“It's not like in the movies. It's better, because it's real.”
(Spoiler free! Go read)

TITLE: To All the Boys I've Loved Before
(To All the Boys I've Loved Before#1)
AUTHOR/s: Jenny Han
PUBLICATION DATE: 4th of February, 2014
AVAILABLE AT: Amazon | The Book Depository
Ahh the great Jenny Han does it again (Or so they say). Another best seller. To be honest, I haven't heard of her before discovering To All the Boy I've Loved Before but I've heard she's done a handful of novels before including the Summer Trilogy

At first I was hesitant to read To All the Boys because I thought it was too mainstream as of the moment. It has indeed made the splash in the bookish world. In fact, it reminded me of how I felt about reading Rainbow Rowell's Eleanor & Park before.

So I'd like to thank my friend Honey Bautista for pushing me over (AKA recommending it to me) that I finally checked it out. Here are some of my thoughts :)

WE WERE LIARS: A Review

"If anyone asks you how it ends, just LIE"

(Spoiler-free review! Read on!)
TITLE: We Were Liars
AUTHOR/s: E. Lockhart
PUBLICATION DATE: 6th of May, 2014
AVAILABLE AT: Amazon | The Book Depository
The 'intriguing' quote above? You've probably heard it and it refers to no other than the recently hyped up book We Were Liars. Personally, I don't like reading books that I consider as mainstream as of the moment. I don't want to be accused of jumping right into the bandwagon but I guess in every rule, there is an exemption. And We Were Liars is one of those.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't pick this up just because of all the hype surrounding it but because I was genuinely intrigued by the plot itself (and not to say a handful of friends have recommended it so why not?)

So here are some of my thoughts on E. Lockhart's We Were Liars :)

THE MAZE RUNNER COMPANION BOOKS Review!

(Minor to no spoiler review! Go Read!)

So a few weeks back, I've posted a review on James Dashner's thrilling trilogy, The Maze Runner (Read it HERE!) and I mentioned that I would be making a write-up on its companion books too and here it is. Yay! :) Let's get started!
