Salinggawi: "Salin ng mga dating Gawi at Lahi"
On September 13, 2013, the Thomasian Pep Rally in preparation for the upcoming annual UAAP Cheerdance Competition was held at the UST Quadricentennial Pavilion.

The event started with a solemn prayer as every Thomasian ask for God's help and guidance for the success of our beloved team. It was followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.
Everyone in the venue was ecstatic as the school's official pep squad and drumline, the UST Yellow Jackets, performed a fun and energetic dance routine to get the crowd hyped up. After that, the current USTYJ President, Leo Marco Adriano taught everyone the newest cheerdance chant for this year, letting us feel the Thomasian Spirit even more. But that's only the start because after that, the crowd got more excited as we welcomed the stars of the night: The UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe!
Along with the UST Yellow Jackets, Salinggawi has left the audience cheering and holding their breaths as they performed their astonishing flips, turns, and stunts.

It might not be perfect but it is close to that. With another day of practice along with the undying support of their fellow Tomasinos and passionate determination of the whole University, the UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe would be bringing home their 9th Championship win. Go USTe!
