Amidst the great deal of pressure brought by the fast paced living today, one must learn how to relax and let go even for just a few days. That is why, even though I should have been beating deadlines, my weekend was spent on relieving myself from all the stress that the weeks have brought (and has been bringing, actually).

Many movie enthusiasts and fans of the hit series Percy Jackson and the Olympians by Rick Riordan were thrilled with the news of the production of the Percy Jackson sequel: Sea of Monsters. Though most were a bit uncertain to watch the film because of its preceding movie's outcome: The Lightning Thief, true blue fanatics of the franchise were ready to spend a few bucks to see the movie adaptation of Mr. Riordan's novel. 

Having watched the first installment of the movie series and being a fanatic of the books, I was excited to give it a shot, just to see whether there has been any improvement and if it stuck closer to the book this time. And looking from the point of view of an avid PJO reader, here are some things I'd like to comment on (I'd like to warn you guys though that this is going to be long and very detailed, I think):

Most people pass this day by doing their everyday activities but not me. Today, I celebrate the day I was born :)

Already sixteen years have passed since I first arrived in this world. Already sixteen years since I first felt love from people around me.

And even after sixteen years, I still feel it not just from my family now but from my friends too.

So I'd like to take this opportunity to thank every single person who remembered me on my birthday. You guys don't know how loved I feel after all your greetings! Gift or No Gift, what's important for me is that you took a few seconds of your time to make me feel special <3 I just can't express how grateful I am :')
